    Position Overview:

    Cloudbers is seeking for people who care deeply about building something meaningful and are passionate about building solutions for products that improve the way millions of business oriented companies work. We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with a mastery of their craft to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SDLC, proficiency in programming languages, and a passion for creating high-quality, reusable and scalable software solutions. As a member of the team you will be developing the software for a IT Software and Cloud-led enterprise, you won’t just code — you will be an integral part of the entire product development process, from conception to post go-live launch reflection.

    Responsibilities:
    ● Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team of 6 to 10 members to understand requirements, dependencies and design scalable solutions by utilizing diverse technologies and frameworks.
    ● Actively contribute as a solution-oriented member with autonomous, cross-functional agile teams, collaborating with product owners, and backend engineers.
    ● Write high-quality, efficient, and scalable code to implement new features and functionality on the software and data platform by following Agile methodologies.
    ● Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other team members to ensure code quality and maintainability.
    ● Work with product managers and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and implement solutions that meet their needs.
    ● Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on technology, design, and implementation. And business intelligence teams.
    ● Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in data engineering, analytics and cloud technologies and promote best practices and drive innovation.
    ● Develop and optimize data pipelines using Jenkins, Azure and Airflow to ensure efficient data processing and data quality checks.
    ● Design and implement data ingestion patterns, SQL and ETL capabilities to promote data democratization and drive insights for business planning.
    ● Build, deploy and operate the products end-to-end as part of the team including on call rotation when required.
    ● Utilize your proficiency in Python and Java to develop custom scripts and tools to enhance data operations and automation.
    ● Focussed on operational excellence to provide a reliable platform for Cloudbers use.
    ● Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the software development world.
    ● Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
    What you’ll bring:
    ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    ● Minimum 4 years of extensive experience in Software Engineering and the ability to design, implement and deliver maintainable and high-quality code.
    ● Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, PySpark, Oracle, AWS services, Kafka, Kubernatives, Jenkins, Azure and Airflow or other similar tools and frameworks..
    ● Track Record of delivering scalable, production-ready solutions as per requirements.
    ● Mastery in Java, Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
    ● Hands-on experience with cloud computing, version control systems, data modeling and adeptness with data warehousing solutions, Orchestration, transformation and ETL best practices and design principles
    ● Strong problem-solving acumen.
    ● Experience with Power BI, tableau or other, administration or dashboards building tools.
    ● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Position Overview:

    Responsibilities:

    Position Overview:

    Cloudbers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager who will be at the forefront of our product development efforts, bridging the technical and business worlds to deliver products that meet our strategic goals and enterprise needs. You will work closely with engineering teams, design, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps, develop product strategy, and ensure successful product launches.

    Responsibilities:
    ● Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business features, client requirements, and technology trends to design product strategy and technical roadmaps.
    ● Define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements and user stories to the engineering teams and other dependency teams.
    ● Collaborate with engineering, cross-functional team of 6 to 10 members, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of product or project quarterly/ weekly planned features and stories.
    ● Experience with being embedded in external clients’ environments. Ideally, you can talk about instances where you’ve handled client issues, helped them navigate complex and difficult situations and improved overall client experience.
    ● Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, including defining success metrics, analyzing performance, and iterating on received query and feedback from business teams.
    ● Work closely with all the cross functional teams and business and other project aligned teams to ensure product and projects planned deliverables.
    ● Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding all aspects of products and projects.
    ● Conduct user research and usability studies to validate hypotheses and product direction.
    Qualifications:
    ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
    ● 3 to 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a technical product management role.
    ● Strong technical background, with experience working directly with engineering teams.
    ● Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
    ● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
    ● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
